My Review:
Sneaking Around with #34 is the fourth book in the Hockey Hotties series by Piper Rayne. Imogen and Warner's story is another wonderful sports romance in this series. I love the realism of the relationship between Imogen and Warner. The backstory we get about both of them, together and separately, along with their families, lives, and conflicts, was perfectly provided.
The authors created a beautiful second-chance romance in Sneaking Around with #34. Imogen and Warner have mad chemistry and it just sizzles off the pages. The book isn't just about their HEA, though. This reunion is a long time coming and in order to move forward, both Imogen and Warner, and Ford, truthfully, need to reconcile the past. Events from their youth have affected them in adulthood and it's time to put those actions, decisions, events, to bed.
This book is emotionally rich with well-written characters who don't just forgive with ease. I loved everything about the story, the characters, the setting, and the romance. I love how the authors are able to create a story that flows well, pulls you in, and keeps you engaged until the very end. The writing style and story took my breath away. I couldn't put the book down.
