#BookReview ~ Mr. Charming (The Nest, Book 4) by Piper Rayne ~ #SportsRomance #HockeyRomance #Romance #PiperRayne #CloseProximity #SecondChances

Mr. Charming by Piper Rayne is now live!

About the Book:

Three years ago, I swore to myself we were done.

Since then, Tweetie Sorenson has embraced the professional hockey player bachelor lifestyle—his social media is a highlight reel of clubs, friends, and a never-ending stream of different women.

It’s hard to believe he’s the same man who stole my heart the very night we met. With him, everything felt wild, spontaneous, and absolutely perfect. I thought he was my forever.

Then, he broke my heart. Or maybe we broke each other’s. Either way, it was over.

I’ve moved on—new city, dream job—until my boss throws me back into Tweetie’s world. I’m sent to Chicago to manage the Falcons’ social media, which means working alongside the one man I never truly let go of. FML.

My Review:

I have been waiting for this book for so long. Mr. Charming was well-worth the wait. The fourth and final book in The Nest series, Mr. Charming focuses on Tweetie and Tedi. Apart for years, this fantastic duo is forced back together when Tedi's job takes her to Chicago, and right back into Tweetie's path.

Tedi and Tweetie's story is amazing. Their chemistry hits the reader like an arrow to the heart (cupid's arrow, not a hunting arrow). The story is sweet, spicy, angsty, romantic, heartwarming, heartbreaking, and filled to the brim with emotion.

I loved everything about the story, the characters, the setting, and the romance. The authors created a realistic and romantic world. The story flows well, pulls you in, and keeps you engaged. The writing style and story are amazing.

I was provided with a copy of this book. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.

#BookReview ~ Mr. Swoony by Piper Rayne ~ #mrswoony #thenest #piperrayne #hockeyromance #sportsromance #valentineprlm @valentine_pr_

Mr. Swoony by Piper Rayne is now live!

About the Book:

Hockey players were never my type.

At least, that’s what I thought—until I met Conor Nilsen. In truth, I didn’t know he was the goalie for the Chicago Falcons when he struck up a conversation the night of my bachelorette party.

He proved he wasn’t just some hot guy looking to score when he helped me get my drunk bridesmaid safely back to our hotel. That’s when he discovered my 30-before-30 bucket list—a list I hadn’t managed to check a single item off.

What was meant to be a night of stargazing turned into so much more. The chemistry between us was undeniable, and after one innocent night together, I started to question everything—especially my upcoming wedding to a man I wasn’t sure loved me.

Fast forward to my wedding day, and just as I’m standing at the altar, Conor bursts through the church doors to object. And now, somehow, I’m his roommate. Yikes.

My Review:

Mr. Swoony is the third book in The Nest series by Piper Rayne. This story features Eloise and Connor. After that ending in Mr. Broody, I devoured Mr. Swoony. Sometimes a brief meet-cute is all it takes to put life into perspective. Eloise’s personality as a people-pleaser leads her down the aisle toward a marriage she’s questioned for longer than she’s known Connor. She’s not the only one with doubts but it’s Connor’s objection at her wedding that sparks her into action. Little did she know she’d not only be walking out of her betrothal to Tristan and right into Connor’s apartment.

Eloise and Connor’s story is amazing! Their chemistry is off the charts from the second they meet at Eloise’s bachelorette party. Connor makes Eloise feel things she doesn’t get from Tristan. This book is sweet, spicy, romantic, heartwarming, and emotionally rich.

I loved everything about the story, the characters, the setting, and the romance. I love how the authors created this world. The story flows well, pulls you in, and keeps you engaged. The writing style and story took my breath away.

#Review ~ Mr. Heartbreaker by Piper Rayne ~ #SportsRomance #Hockey #Romance @PiperRayneRocks

Mr. Heartbreaker by Piper Rayne is now live!

About the Book:

I made a deal with my brother a long time ago to never date his teammates.

Technically, Rowan Landry, the hot as hell center for the Chicago Falcons, is no longer my brother’s teammate. Or his best friend. Their college days are long behind them, and they barely talk now.

Also, I’m not dating him—we’re just sleeping together. There’s a difference.

Except there’s not a lot of sleeping going on, and neither one of us wants to stop what we’re doing.

It’s all fun and games until my brother is traded to the Falcons, because Rowan doesn’t know I’m the new goalie’s little sister. Oops.

My Review:

Mr. Heartbreaker is the first book in a new series by Piper Rayne, The Nest. This story features Kyleigh and Rowan.  Rowan lives in a condo unit affectionately known as The Nest, the living quarters of some of the Chicago Falcons' hockey players. The previously occupants were some of the Grizzlies football players from a previous series.

After a chance meeting at a wedding, Rowan and Kyleigh begin a no-strings-attached relationship. She's technically not breakings the rules her hockey player brother set for her. She's not dating Rowan. Their relationship is strictly physical, until it isn't. Then to make matters worse (depending on how you look at this), her brother Connor gets traded to the Falcons, leaving the Florida Fury in his wake. Now, Kyleigh's little secret is about to exposed before she's ready.

Ky and  Rowan's story is amazing. Their chemistry is off the charts. So much so, that a one-nighter isn't enough for either of them. This book is emotionally rich with more than just interactions between Ky and Rowan. Ky's family dynamics become challenging in more ways than one, threatening to disrupt her entire life.

I loved everything about the story, the characters, the new setting, and the romance. I love how the authors created a story that flows well, pulls you in, and keeps you engaged. The writing style and story took my breath away.

I was provided a copy of this book.
